“In an introductory meeting,

you can talk through

what has been happening

for you, and think about

whether art psychotherapy can help.”

Julia Vaughan - founder

Colourbox is based in a confidential space in Cromford, in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales.

This is a roomy, bright, comfortable and safe space with lots of scope for talking and making.

I offer individual, one to one sessions and also hold small group workshops, working with adults, young people, children and families.

There’s nearby free, on-street parking.

I also work in Matlock Therapy Centre,

a confidential, friendly, comfortable room in the centre of town, 2 mins walk from

a public car park.
